CognitionX Logic India Private Limited
Spojiti knows no one.
That's the whole point.
An end-to-end encrypted messenger with no phone number, no email, no account and no name — and a payment rail that cannot link what you paid to what you use. It is built, it runs on three platforms, and it has not launched publicly yet.
This site is the investment case. It includes the parts that argue against us, because you are going to find them anyway and we would rather you found them here.
What this is
Spojiti is a messenger where identity never enters the building. You are a twelve-word phrase and a keypair derived from it. There is no phone number to give, no email to verify, no profile to fill in, and no name column in any database of ours that could be breached, subpoenaed or sold — because it does not exist.
That much other people have attempted. The piece we believe nobody else has shipped is the money. When you buy Premium, the payment and the entitlement are cryptographically severed: our servers can confirm you are entitled and cannot discover which payment bought it. It is a blind signature, it is running on our rail today, and a real purchase has been through the full chain end to end.
Every other private messenger is missing one leg. Session has no forward secrecy yet. Threema has no free tier, so it never goes viral. SimpleX has no revenue model. Signal has no revenue model either and burns roughly fifty million dollars a year on donations. We are trying to be the first to hold all four at once: usable, identity-free, strongest-available cryptography, and paid for by customers in a way that still cannot identify them.
Why now, and why us
Three things changed at the same time. Regulators started demanding identity and traceability, which makes an architecture that cannot comply by construction more valuable, not less. The incumbent put advertising inside WhatsApp in June 2025, which ends any argument about what that product is for. And the cost of building software collapsed — this company is five people and a fleet of AI agents, none of whom has drawn a salary, and it has shipped three hundred and fifty-six builds on three platforms with no outside money at all.
The last part is the investment thesis in miniature. We are not asking you to fund invention. The thing exists. We are asking you to fund the gap between a product that works and a company that can be trusted with it — which, for a security product, means an independent audit and the people to answer for it.
The product is built and running on three platforms at build 356. Public launch is next. Every forward-looking number on this site is our own projection, and The Pitch says plainly what sits behind each one.
The case, in seven pages
The Problem
Every messenger charges the same entry fee: your identity. What that actually costs the people who pay it, and why the industry cannot stop charging it.
Our Answer
What we built instead, how it works in plain words, and the full ledger of what our servers can still see. Including the parts we cannot hide.
We & Them
Row by row against WhatsApp, Signal, Telegram, Threema, Session and SimpleX — with the rows we lose marked in red, not left out.
Our Moat
Post-quantum cryptography verified on the device at every launch, anonymous payments, and why an incumbent copying us would have to amputate its own business.
Monetisation Strategy
Two tiers, two payment rails, and the reason we can carry free users forever when nobody else can.
Roadmap To Profit
What our competitors spend and why, where their money leaks, and the arithmetic of a company that is profitable at a price point that cannot fund an incumbent's org chart.
Spojiti 2.0 — Echoes
Public conversation without the identity machine. What Reddit earns, which of its revenue lines we can take, and which we refuse.
The Pitch
The ask, the use of funds, twelve quarters of projections region by region, and a calculator that lets you replace our assumptions with yours.
Where the numbers come from
Nothing on this site is typed into the page. Every figure you see — in the tables, in the charts, and in the middle of sentences — is computed at page load from a single model file. That is a deliberate response to a real failure: the internal model this site is built on had grown three different price generations at once, in three places, and only one was ever updated. Here there is one place. Change an assumption and the whole site changes with it, including the pages nobody remembered to check.
You can read the model yourself at /assets/model.js. It is commented in full, every constant says where it came from, and the ones that are our judgement rather than a measurement say so in their own line.
